1. Contact Archicover
   Inform Archicover as soon as an incident occurs that may require a claim
2. Gather Relevant Information
   Prepare all necessary documentation including incident specifics (date, time, and nature of the event) and any evidence (photos, receipts, repair quotes, police reports, or third-party details).
3. Lodge the Claim
   Archicover will assist lodging the claim with your insurer.  We will handle and manage the communication with the insurer, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
4. Advocate on Your Behalf
   We will advocate, negotiate with the insurer to ensure you receive a fair and efficient settlement.  We will provide advice on any follow-ups or additional information required by the insurer.
